Use a passphrase for things you must memorize (your password manager master password). Use a long random string for everything else and let your manager remember it.

Only when you suspect compromise. Forced periodic changes lead to weaker passwords in practice, so modern guidance (NIST) recommends keeping a strong password until there's a reason to rotate.

No. Every generator and tool runs entirely in your browser. We have no backend that receives your input — you can verify this in DevTools → Network.

The tools themselves don't transmit data, but the browser may cache local history. On a public computer, use private/incognito mode and avoid the password history feature.

No analytics, no advertising trackers, no cross-site cookies. Your browser's localStorage may hold your theme preference and (optionally) recent generated passwords — that's it.
